About Us
New Venture Grading and Construction is a small business in the Upstate of South Carolina. Our journey began in 2018 providing site clean up services to residential homeowners after a tornado struck. We have grown to serve both residential and commercial clients.

Shrub and Grub
New Venture is able to provide land clearing services that strip vegetation, remove brush, and any standing timbers , stumps, and roots through a process of shrubbing and grubbing. This process is ideal for any sites that plan to have a structure put in place in the future I.E homes or buildings or need aggravating vegetations which tend to regrow quickly I.E. kudzu or bamboo removed.
Forestry Mulching
Remove Overgrowth
New Venture forestry mulching helps provide the beautiful view of the lake or remove dense trees, brush overgrowth or heavy vegetation while leaving a clan use fully by product that keep soils stable. This service makes quick work of trees 12 inches or less in diameter and opens up areas for access or better views. the average starting cost of project is $3,000.
Demolition
Tear it Down
New Venture Demo is our favorite who doesn't like tearing things down and watching things collapse safely. We provide a service to remove any unwanted structure at the project site and ensure that we will leave the property free of nails and leftover debris

Site Preparation

New Venture Site Prep is the first step to building and requires balancing a site, but first sediment control must be put in place before grubbing is performed and typically a service road installed with 3" blast or 57 stone. later soils are removed and good compactable soils are brought in before compaction takes place, soils are graded and excavated and placed at desired elevations and slopes via laser to building plans/drawings. prior to starting surveying and soils test, and perc test must be performed.
